All visitors are encouraged to post comments and reviews on both listings and brokers. This way, you'll know what the properties are really like and be able to work with brokers you trust. How much does it cost? If you're looking for an apartment, absolutely nothing. All of our apartment hunting tools and community features are provided without cost. Brokers however, do pay a flat monthly fee after a free month of usage. Where do the listings come from? All listings are provided by our member brokers. We do not aggregate listings from third-party sources. By doing so, we're able to maintain a high level of quality and accountability to all listings. Can non-brokers list? Yes. If you're an owner or manager, please apply for an owner account. Are you associated with any brokerage agencies? No. We're not sponsored by any brokerage agencies nor do we give preferential treatment to such agencies. We rely on our community of users to provide reviews and opinions on brokers and listings found in our system.
